Maaike Siegerist is an award-winning Dutch singer-songwriter, based in Bristol. Her voice is reminiscent of Joan Baez, and she plays the Spanish guitar. Drawing on genres from acoustic jazz to folk rock, she writes story-telling songs about travels, love, and remarkable people. But also about more unusual topics, like billionaires in space and the endangered wildcat. 
On piano, she is joined by Susanna Downes, a performer with an elegant and playful style. She also features on many of Maaike’s recordings.
The duo will play sunny jazz and pop songs, with a hint of folk.
